I wait for local user comments first. I'm particularly concerned about reports of poor reception and dropped calls from users of the earlier version of the iphone.

my advice is, stay away from the iphone ....

a few mates of mine got hacked versions from the US .....

it's terrible .... heavy and clunky, and you get pissed off with the touch screen after a while ....

I've read reviews of the iPhone comparing it to other phones like the N95.

And from what I've read..... the iPhone is all hype.

It looks nice, and..... that's about it.
